Email Notifier for Outlook 2.1

This app is used to get the Outlook email notification instantly and read it at your personal Android phone.

Features:
1. Receive the Outlook email notification instantly at your phone as long as the Outlook is running at your Windows machine.
2. Read the Outlook emails at your phone.
3. Get a meeting reminder at your phone just like the meeting reminder in the Outlook.
4. For privacy purpose, the email recipients are removed, only the email sender info is displayed so that you can easily reply the email.
5. No email attachments are pushed to your phone. It protects your business confidential material.
6. Only the new email content is pushed, the email chains content is removed, giving you a clean view of the latest email content.
7. If the email content is large, only the first 3000 characters of the email body content are pushed to your phone. It's enough for you to get the main idea of the email.
8. You can directly reply the email to the email sender in the email's detail screen.
9. the Android app instance token is paired with your business Outlook account, so it is secure. You just click the email button on the "App Token" screen to send the token to your business Outlook email for further configuration.
10. From the config file (EmailNotifierAddIn.dll.config) in the Windows machine, you can add the spam email or junk email to SENDER_EMAIL_EXCLUDED_LIST.
11. Download and install the latest Outlook module to your Windows/Outlook machine to get the meeting request at your phone.

*** Steps to use this application ***
From your Android phone:
1. Install the app to your Android phone.
2. From the app's drawer menu, go to "App Token" screen, click the email button at the screen to send an email to your Outlook email address configured in the Outlook application at the Windows machine.

From your Windows 7/8.x/10 machine:
1. From your Windows machine where the Outlook is running, download the file from https://sites.google.com/site/netemailnotifier/emailnotifier_install.zip.
2. Unzip the file it to your local folder.
3. Double click"Install.bat" from the above unzipped local folder, it will install the Outlook add-in to the folder C:UsersYourIdEmailNotifier (where YourId is your Windows logon Id).
4. Copy and paste the token from the Outlook email to the config file EmailNotifierAddIn.dll.config, save the config file.
5. Restart the Outlook and confirm the installation.

Note: If you re-install the app to your phone, the app token will be changed, you need to re-configure the token at your Windows machine again. So you have to repeat all the above steps again!
